Background
Microsoft Dynamics is a product division within Microsoft which markets and sells a line of integrated business management solutions, specifically ERP, CRM and supply chain management solutions that automate and streamline financial, customer relationship, and supply chain processes for mid market organisations.

Business Need
During a period of change within the senior management team, Bluedge was asked to work as part of the existing team and to supplement both the resources and the strategic marketing skills available to support the business.  The specifics of the role involved the development and ongoing management of the marketing execution plan to support the growth metrics of the business.

Our Approach
We worked directly for the Director of the Dynamics business and took ownership for the overall marcomms plan, working within a set budget, to agreed metrics.  The role involved the co-ordination of all  resources required to support the execution of the plan and reporting metrics to the Director on an ongoing basis.

Results

  • Worked as part of an existing team for a period of 9 months, supplementing the skills and resources needed to run a dynamic business through a period of management change.
  • The design and delivery of a marketing communications plan to support the business metrics of the business.
